At around 12:30pm on Thursday 20 August 2020 a man has entered a liquor store and immediately proceeded to the spirit section. He has picked up three 1 litre bottles of spirits and attempted to leave the premises without making payment. A staff member has stopped the man and retrieved one of the bottles but the man has managed to leave with the other two bottles.
Witnesses saw the man cross Albany Highway, heading towards to train station.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, medium build, wearing a black top with a white logo, blue jeans, blue shoes and a black hat with a logo.
