At about 4.20pm on Monday 20 April 2020 a man approached a building on Allnutt Street in Mandurah and began trying to remove a CCTV camera.
The man threw rocks at the roof, damaging ceiling tiles, in order to free the camera before leaving the area.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: fair skin, slim build, with short blond hair, wearing a dark grey jacket, grey scarf, black pants and white socks with black sandals.
