At around 7.40pm on Tuesday 17 December 2024, a man approached a home on Archdale Loop Piara Waters to buy a laptop from the victim. The victim showed the man the laptop and allowed him to hold it and check its condition. The man grabbed the laptop and ran towards his parked vehicle, before driving off. The man involved in this incident also stole from a bottle shop in Rockingham the day prior, wearing the same outfit.
Police have released CCTV images of the man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: dark skinned, average build with dark hair and facial hair. He was wearing a grey NYC zipped hoodie and dark pants.
