At around 9.26pm on Thursday 26 December 2024, a man approached entered a residential carport on Sixth Avenue in Inglewood. He attempted to open the doors of a nearby car, and eventually moved onto the next car. He forced open the front passenger side door of the second car and began rummaging through the glove box. He removed the dash cam from the front windscreen before leaving the residence. 

Police have released CCTV images of the man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: dark skinned, average build with dark hair. He was wearing a long-sleeved black Adidas top, white shorts, light sneakers, a black bandana and was carrying a white bag.
