At around 2.45pm on Saturday 2 December 2023, a man walked into an E-scooter retail store on Armadale Road in Jandakot. After the man requested a test drive of an E-scooter, he was given a helmet and scooter to test drive it within the store. The man completed two laps around the store before turning and riding towards the exit doors. As the exit doors opened the man rode out of the store and disappeared on the E-scooter.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 35 to 40 years of age with a moustache and short beard. He was wearing a ‘K S C Y’ black t-shirt, dark green knee length shorts and grey runners.
