At around 5.40pm on Saturday 9 December 2023, three men are seen on CCTV walking towards the exit inside a shopping centre on Howtree Place in Floreat. As they near the exit doors, one of the men grabbed a Christmas tree on display and dragged it out of the centre before running off with the tree and two friends.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 18 to 20 years of age with long brown shoulder length hair. He was wearing a white ‘Tommy Jeans’ t-shirt, black cargo shorts with white sneakers.
