At around 7.45pm on Sunday 30 May 2021, CCTV recorded a group of six females enter a supermarket on Kooyong Road in Rivervale. Some of the females were seen selecting items off the shelves and placing them into their carry bags. When a staff member asked one of the females walking out the store to look at the contents of her carry bag, she has refused. A second female from the group has grabbed hold of the staff member and swung him around to assist the female with the carry bag to exit the store.

Police have released CCTV images of two females who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The first female is described as: dark skinned, medium build with long black hair tied back in a ponytail. She was wearing a white top underneath a black jacket with grey tracksuit pants.

The second female is described as: dark skinned, slim build, with long black hair tied back in a ponytail. She was wearing a black ‘Champion’ top and light coloured long pants.
