At around 1.30pm on Thursday 27 April 2023, the victim left a shopping centre on Beach Road in Warwick pushing her toddler in a shopping trolley with her handbag next to her toddler. When the victim arrived at her home a few hours later she discovered her handbag with bank cards and other personal cards missing. The victim’s bank card was used to make 10 fraudulent transactions at the same shopping centre that afternoon.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: tan skinned, slim build, between 25 to 35 years of age with short black hair. He was wearing a black ‘Ecko License’ hooded jumper, grey trousers, black shoes with sunglasses.
