At around 12.05pm on Friday 29 September 2023, a woman entered a grocery store on Belmont Avenue in Cloverdale. CCTV recorded the woman walk into the cosmetic section and selected a number of items, placing each item down the front of her shorts. The woman left the store without paying for the concealed items.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 30 to 35 years of age, long brunette hair tied up into a bun on top of her head with tattoos visible on both arms. She was wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts, black sliders, sunglasses and was carrying a shoulder bag.
