At about 11.30am on Tuesday 31 March 2020 a man entered a store on Brockman Road in Midland.
After looking around the store the man selected an item from a shelf and exited without paying.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: medium build, fair skin, short brown hair, wearing black pants, black shirt with grey motif on front, black Nike back pack, and black shoes.
