At around 2.20pm on Saturday 25 March 2023, a man walked into a liquor store on Bulwer Street in West Perth and went straight to the spirit section. The man took a bottle of Cognac off the shelf and put it inside his carry bag. He took two more bottles and held them in his hands as he made his way to the exit door where he placed the two bottles on the ground and walked out without paying for the bottle in his carry bag.

The man was previously recorded on CCTV at the same store taking alcohol without paying.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 18 to 25 years of age with short brown hair. He was wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts, black runners with sunglasses.
