At around 6.15am on Wednesday 29 March 2023, the victim in his eighties woke up to a noise inside his home on Albert Street in Mosman Park. As the victim walked into the kitchen to investigate, a woman ran past him and exited a side door. The victim discovered his wallet missing containing some cash and a bank card. The stolen bank card was used minutes later at a service station to make two fraudulent purchases.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: brown skinned, medium build, between 35 to 45 years of age with black hair tied back into a short pony tail. She was wearing a blue singlet, light blue pants, sunglasses and was carrying a black shoulder bag.
