On Wednesday 27 March 2019, a parcel had been left at the front door of a premises on Caladenia Place in Canning Vale. Around 4.15pm, a man was caught on CCTV walking up to the front door, picking up the parcel and running away with it.

The parcel contained an item worth around $150.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: Light skinned, around 40 years of age, medium build and greying hair. He was wearing a blue and black horizontal striped polo shirt, blue jeans and dark runners. He had a baseball cap on backwards and sunglasses. He has a tattoo on his left forearm.
