Around 11.30am on Wednesday 25 March 2020, a man accidentally left his mobile phone on the counter of a convenience store on Council Avenue Rockingham. Once he realised, he returned to store to find the phone missing.


Staff checked the CCTV from inside the store which showed a woman picking up the phone, placing it inside a handbag and leaving the store.


Inside the mobile phone case was an amount of cash as well as a credit card.


Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.


The woman is described as: Light skinned, Between 25 and 30 years of age, long dark hair and a medium build. Wearing a black dress. She has a full sleeve tattoo on her right arm.
