Around 7.35pm on Wednesday 3 October 2018, a man accidentally left his mobile phone on the counter of store on Council Avenue in Rockingham. He went to pay for an item and realised that he had left his wallet inside his car. A man who was behind him, paid for an item and upon seeing the phone on the counter, picked it up before leaving the store with it.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: Fair skinned, 25-35 years of age, solid build and unshaven. He was wearing a black baseball cap, with a grey hooded ‘Everlast’ sleeveless top and dark long pants. The man has distinctive tattoos on his upper arms and forearms.
