Between 3:30pm and 5:00pm on Tuesday 1 December 2020 a bicycle was stolen from outside of a shopping centre on Council Avenue, Rockingham. A tool was used to cute the chain which secured the bicycle and the offender has left the scene in possession of the bicycle.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light build, light skinned, 20-30 years old, with short black hair and a black moustache. He was wearing a grey cap, black shirt with yellow logo, grey shorts and black shoes.
