At around 2.25am on Thursday 31 March 2022, a man is seen on CCTV walk up the driveway of a home on Curtin Avenue in Cottesloe and enter the front porch. The man looked around the porch using the flashlight on his torch and picked up a surfboard and then walked off the property carrying the surfboard.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 25 to 35 years of age with short hair, this moustache and goatee. He was wearing a long sleeved shirt, knee length shorts, a dark coloured cap with sunglasses and carrying a shoulder bag.
