Around 3.00pm on Friday 1 April 2022, the victim used a chain to lock her electric scooter onto a bicycle rack on William Street in Fremantle. At around 10.30pm that same day the victim returned to where she had left her scooter and found the chain cut and her scooter stolen.

 

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The man is described as: tanned skin, slim build, between 35 to 45 years of age with short dark brown hair. He was wearing a black and white jumper over a white T-shirt, beige trousers, black and white shoes with a black back pack.
