At around 5.30pm on Thursday 7 July 2022, unknown offenders entered a secure tenants carpark at a residential block on Davidson Terrace in Joondalup. The offenders removed an e-scooter secured in the carpark. It is unknown how the offenders entered or exited the carpark.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned with collar length brown hair.
