At around 2.40pm on Tuesday 2 August 2022, the victim forgot his Lenovo laptop inside a black bag under a table when he left a licenced premises on Hay Street in Subiaco. Soon after, a man is seen on CCTV sit down at the same table before picking up the black bag containing the laptop and exiting the premises with it.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 40 to 50 years of age with an unshaven appearance. He was wearing a red hooded jumper, blue jeans, white runners with a black cap and sunglasses.
