At around 12.30am on Friday 23 August 2024, the victim entered a 24-hour gym on Davies Road in Claremont for a workout, leaving his car keys and air-pods case in a cubby hole for gym users. After completing his workout, the victim went to retrieve his car keys and air-pods case finding them missing. The victim confronted a woman near the gym exit, who returned the victim’s car keys but not the air-pods case.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 25 to 30 years of age with brown curly hair tied up and a tattoo visible on her left calf. She was wearing a black jacket, shorts with sneakers and carried a black sports bag and blue denim bag.
