At around 1.35pm on Sunday 10 December 2023, a woman is seen on CCTV approach a jewellery display stand inside a gift store on Forrest Chase in Perth and look at some of the items on display. After a few minutes the woman selected a silver necklace and earing pack off the display and placed the jewellery pack into her jacket before walking out of the store making no attempt to pay for the jewellery.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 20 to 30 years of age with long black hair tied back into a pony tail. She was wearing a beige jacket over a black t-shirt, beige shorts, a navy blue cap with red sneakers.
