At around 12pm on Tuesday 26 November 2024, the victim locked their mountain bike outside of a building on Francis Street in Northbridge. When the victim returned to the bike rack at around 5.00pm, they discovered the bike had been stolen. CCTV captured a man cutting the lock and taking the bike.
Police have released CCTV images of the man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: dark skinned with a large build. He was wearing a black long-sleeved top under a black T-shirt, red shorts, sneakers, a black hat and was carrying a black backpack.
