At around 3.30pm on Sunday 8 December 2024, a woman in accompany with a man entered a clothing store on Southside Drive in Hillarys. The woman hid behind a clothing rack and concealed a red bikini in her bag. She proceeded to exit the store with the male without paying. The male and female now dressed in the stolen bikini, returned at around 4.50 to ask when the store would be closing. The staff confronted the couple and informed them that they were aware of the theft and demanded she return the bikini. The woman claimed she would return them before exiting the store. She never returned.

Police have released CCTV images of the woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: light skinned, slim build with blonde hair. She was wearing a white dress and black crocs.
