Between 7:00am and 9:55am on Tuesday 9 March 2021 a bicycle was stolen from Hay Street in Perth.
The bicycle was left at the bicycles racks outside a medical facility.
An unknown man is captured taking the bicycle from the bicycle racks and riding down Hay Street towards the city.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, average build, with a tattoo on his left calf. He wore a green hat, black jumper, beige shorts, white shoes and carried a black and grey backpack.
