At around 7.15pm on Saturday 19 August 2023, the victim was working doing food deliveries and arrived on his bicycle at a fast food store on Hay Street in Perth. The victim left his black Fortas Urban Hybrid bicycle outside the store before entering to pick up his order. Only five minutes later the victim exited the store to find his bicycle had been stolen.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 25 to 35 years of age with her hair tied up into a bun on top of her head. She was wearing a black jumper and black pants with white runners.
