At around 3.20pm on Friday 13 September 2024, two women walked up to a payment register inside a hardware store on High Road in Willetton with a trolley full of assorted power tools and accessories. After the staff member finished scanning the items, both women grabbed all the items before paying, and ran from the store dropping a couple of items on the way out.

Police have released CCTV images of two women who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The first woman is described as: tan skinned, slim build, between 30 to 35 years of age with straight black shoulder length hair tied up onto the top of her head and tattoo visible on her right forearm and hand. She was wearing a sleeveless denim shirt and sunglasses.

The second woman is described as: light skinned, slim build with brown hair tied back. She was wearing a black and green high-vis shirt, black pants, white sneakers and brown cap.
