At around 3.00pm on Saturday 26 August 2023, two men arrived on bicycles at an electronics retail store on Honeybush Drive in Joondalup and entered the store. One of the men took a 150W Sine Wave Inverter off a display shelf before he is seen walk to another area of the store where he put the Inverter into his jumper pocket. Both men then left the store without paying for the Inverter.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: white skinned, medium build, between 20 to 30 years of age with red hair and some facial hair. He was wearing a red hooded jumper, black three-quarter length shorts, black shoes and riding a bicycle carrying a black backpack.
