On Saturday morning 16 July 2022, the victim’s credit card was stolen from her handbag inside a nightclub on James Street in Northbridge and used to make 10 fraudulent purchases in the nightclub between 2.20am and 4.10am. On 30 July 2022 another victim’s bank card was stolen inside the same nightclub and used to make 9 fraudulent purchases inside the nightclub.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: tan skinned, slim build, between 25 to 35 years of age with a thin black beard and moustache. He was wearing a dark coloured jacket and cap worn backwards on both occasions.
