At around 12.20pm on Monday 15 August 2022, a man entered a clothing store on Joondalup Drive in Joondalup. The man selected two jumpers before going into the change rooms and putting one of them on and leaving the store wearing it and paying for it. The remaining jumper was found hanging in the change room with one empty hanger.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, slim, short brown hair with a thin beard and moustache. He was wearing a black T-shirt, black trousers and a black cap.
