At around 2.30pm on Friday 27 December 2024, the victim padlocked his e-scooter to a bike rack outside a shopping centre on Karrinyup Road in Karrinyup. When the victim returned to the bike rack about 50 minutes later, he discovered his e-scooter had been stolen. CCTV captured a woman breaking the lock and taking the scooter.
Police have released CCTV images of the woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The woman is described as: light skinned, slim build with dark hair. She was wearing a light top, black leggings, black sneakers and was carrying a white handbag.
