At around 4pm on Saturday 21 December 2024, the victim left their e-scooter unattended within a shopping centre on Wanneroo Road in Yokine. CCTV captured two women grabbing the e-scooter and riding off with it.

Police have released CCTV images of the women who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The first woman is described as: light skinned, average build with light hair. She was wearing a black tank top, a black maxi skirt, white thongs and was carrying a white bag.

The second woman is described as: light skinned, slim build with dark hair. She was wearing a white patterned dress, white shoes, sunglasses and was carrying a black bag.
