At around 8.57pm on Thursday 8 June 2023, a man and woman entered a sunglasses store on Karrinyup Road in Karrinyup. The man appeared drug affected, started swearing at staff scooping up multiple sunglasses from the displays shouting out ‘You better not try and stop me”. The woman scooped up multiple sunglasses as well, before both ran from the store with 14 pairs of sunglasses dropping an open pocket knife.

Police have released CCTV images of a man and woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: tan skinned, slim build with short black hair and a thin moustache. He was wearing a black jumper with red hoodie, black trousers and black shoes.

The woman is described as: light skinned, medium build with long black hair. She was wearing a black jumper, light blue jeans with black joggers.
