At around 10.40am on Sunday 4 June 2023, the victim parked her car at the Ellis Brook Valley Reserve on Rushton Road in Martin. The victim returned to her car forty minutes later to find the left rear window smashed and handbag containing her purse with bank cards stolen. The stolen bank cards were used to make 6 fraudulent purchases in Maddington that day.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: brown skinned, medium build, between 35 to 45 years of age with long black hair tied back. She was wearing a beige hooded jacket with sunglasses.
