Between 7.45am and 8.45am on Sunday 5 September 2021, CCTV recorded a man outside the front entrance of a restaurant on Marine Parade in Swanbourne wearing a high-vis shirt remove two large pot plants using a furniture trolley. This was done in full view of patrons arriving at the restaurant that was open at the time.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, slim build with short dark brown hair. He was wearing a high-vis top with dark coloured trousers and black joggers with white heels.
