Between 7:15am and 5:00pm on Tuesday 23 February 2021 a man stole a motorcycle from an underground car park on The Esplanade in Perth.
The man gained entry to the underground carpark and used an unknown implement to remove a lock securing the motorcycle.
He pushed the motorcycle from the car park but dumped it nearby.
The motorcycle was found with damage to the ignition.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, average build. He wore a grey cap, black jacket, black shorts and black shoes.
