At around 3.05am on Wednesday 22 February 2023, a man entered the mail box area of an apartment complex on Mounts Bay Road in Perth. The man attempted unsuccessfully to open a locked mail box before leaving and returning 40 minutes later, when he forced open a mail box and removed two parcels.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: tan skinned, slim build, between 35 to 45 years of age, short hair with a thin beard and moustache and tattoos on both arms. He was wearing a white t-shirt, striped shorts with joggers and a black cap. When he returned he had put on a blue hooded jumper.
