At around 6.15am on Tuesday 10 October 2023, the victim parked her Genesis e-scooter in the corridor of a building on Wellington Street in Perth. When she returned less than a minute later she found a woman in company with a man walking away with her e-scooter. The victim confronted the woman who was verbally aggressive but managed to get her e-scooter back before the woman and man walked off.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 35 to 45 years of age with black hair tied back into a bun on top of her head. She was wearing a black jacket over a pink t-shirt, black sports pants, pink and white socks with sliders and was carrying a black backpack.
