At around 10.50am on Monday 13 March 2023, a woman entered a Gift and Souvenir Store on Murray Street in Perth and was seen on CCTV take three pairs of souvenir socks off a display rack and place them into her carry bag. The woman left the store without making payment and walked into another Gift and Souvenir Store on Murray Street where she took three souvenir key rings and left the store without making payment.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: light skinned, medium build, between 50 to 60 years of age with short dark brown hair parted in the middle. She was wearing a white and blue floral blouse, black pants, black shoes and carrying two shoulder bags.
