At around 11.05am on Saturday 4 March 2023, CCTV recorded a man and woman walk into the secure basement parking of an apartment complex on Murray Street in West Perth by following a vehicle entering the security gate. They woman took a purple lady’s bicycle from the victim’s parking bay on the lower level carpark and both exited the carpark with the bicycle.

Police have released CCTV images of a man and woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build between 30 to 40 years of age. He was wearing a black t-shirt, beige knee length shorts, black shoes and a black beanie.

The woman is described as: brown skinned, medium build, between 30 to 40 years of age with long auburn hair. She was wearing a pink jumper over a black t-shirt, black and white shorts with black shoes.
