At around 8.15am on Thursday 16 March 2023, a man entered a grocery store on Mandurah Terrace in Mandurah and asked a staff member for a packet of cigarettes and packet of tobacco. When the staff member placed these items on the counter the man asked for a pack of filters. As the staff member turned away to get the filters, the man grabbed the cigarettes and tobacco, and ran from the store.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, medium build, between 30 to 35 years of age with a shaved head, short goatee and moustache. He was wearing a grey hooded jumper, grey shorts and sliders.
