At around 10:00pm on Thursday 3 December 2020 a man gained access to a car park on Hay Street in Perth. The man spent a number of minutes in the car park before leaving in possession of a 2015 orange KTM motorcycle.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, average build. He wore a black and yellow bucket hat, blue jacket, black pants and black shoes.
