At around 12.15pm on Monday 28 October 2024, the victim parked their car in a carpark on Smart Street in Mandurah before entering a shopping centre. When the victim returned to the carpark 30 minutes later, they discovered the vehicle had been stolen. CCTV captured a man forcing entry into the vehicle and stealing it.
Police have released CCTV images of the man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: dark skinned, average build with short dark hair. He was wearing a blue Golden State Warriors jersey, black shorts, black sneakers, black sunglasses and had a blue towel wrapped around his shoulders.
