At around 11.00pm on Friday 29 December 2023, the victim’s car was unlocked and parked in the carport of a home on Parakeela Grove in Maddington. An unknown offender entered the vehicle by opening the driver’s side door and removed a bottle of perfume and hand tools from inside the car. The victim disturbed the offender exiting the vehicle and gave chase, but was unable to catch up to the offender.

Police have released CCTV images of a male person who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The male is described as: light skinned with some facial hair. He was wearing a hooded jacket.
