Around 2.45pm on Monday 5 August 2019, a man entered a liquor store on Pinjarra Road Mandurah in possession of a green recyclable bag. He walked to the spirits section and picked up two bottles of vodka. He placed one of the bottles inside the bag before walking to the register and presenting a credit card for payment for the one bottle. The transaction was declined and the man left the store with the one bottle still inside the bag.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: Light brown skinned, around 25 years of age, medium build, short dark hair and a moustache. He was wearing a maroon and blur hooded top, blue shorts and blue runners.
