Around 3.50pm on Tuesday 31 December 2019, a man entered a liquor store on Selkirk Drive Kinross, approached a display of Moet champagne, grabbed two bottles and walked out without making payment.  A staff member approached him outside the store and was able to obtain the two bottles back. The same male is believed to have been involved in a further stealing back on 26 December 2019 where once again, two bottles of the same champagne were removed from a display. Staff were able to get one bottle back, however he left still in possession of the other bottle.

The man is described as: Light skinned, around 18 years of age and thin build. He was wearing a baseball cap, a white polo shirt with blue and red on it and long dark pants. He was carrying a small bag under his left arm.
