At around 7.00pm on Friday 17 November 2023, a man driving an old model blue Mitsubishi Magna, drove up to a fuel pump at a service station on Wanneroo Road in Pearsall and filled up with $100 of fuel. The man drove away making no attempt to pay for the fuel. The front rego plate on the Magna had been stolen minutes earlier from the rear of the victim’s car parked in Silvestro Lane in Madeley.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The man is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 40 to 50 years of age, bald with a moustache and goatee. He was wearing a light-coloured jumper, black knee length shorts, black sneakers with a black cap.
