A man entered a retail store on St George’s Terrace in Perth around 4.15pm on Monday 25 March 2019. He was greeted by an employee of the store and requested to see a pair of Hugo Boss sunglasses valued at $420. The shop assistant took them out and the man tried them on. He then ran from the store without attempting to pay for the sunglasses.

Another employee of the shop saw what happened and ran after the man. He caught up with the man who threw other glasses and the stolen sunglasses at him and pushed him before leaving on a bus. The stolen sunglasses were recovered from the ground.
