At around 8.45am on Wednesday 19 May 2021, a customer left his black bag containing a laptop on a table while he went up to the counter and placed his order in a fast food store on the Promenade in Ellenbrook.

CCTV recorded a man grab the black bag off the table while the customer was ordering his food at the counter and leave the store with it. The man was seen to arrive at the fast food store on a bicycle earlier before grabbing the black bag.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, solid build, short dark hair, unshaven with a distinctive tattoo on his left forearm. He was wearing a black Caree Paris T-shirt, grey track pants and baseball cap.
