At around 2.00am on Sunday 5 December 2021, a man is seen on CCTV approach the front of a home on Verbana Drive in Aveley riding a scooter. The man rides straight up to a green and pink flower pot with containing an Agave succulent and picks it up, placing it on the scooter before riding away.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, medium build, short hair, beard and moustache, with a sleeve tattoo on his left arm and tattoo on his right forearm. He was wearing a singlet with shorts.
